Yes. Every chapter gets its own isolated database schema - your roster, dues records, and recruitment data are walled off from every other chapter on the platform. Officer access is further scoped by role-based permissions, so a Treasurer and a Recruitment chair only ever see what their job requires.
Compliance is built in, not bolted on. Every PNM opt-in is double opt-in with a timestamped consent receipt (verbatim ATDS language, IP, and user-agent stamped) for the legally-required 4-year recordkeeping. We enforce CTIA STOP/HELP/START keyword handling and an 8am - 9pm recipient-local quiet-hours gate so no one gets paged at 3am. A2P 10DLC brand registration is handled at the platform level so individual chapters don't each file with the carriers.
