Zero tolerance for hazing. Always.

Hazing is illegal, dangerous, and antithetical to the values of Greek-letter organizations. Greekstack requires every chapter on our platform to maintain and publish an anti-hazing policy, to surface the national anti-hazing hotline in their site footer, and to use our risk management tools to document and respond to incidents.

We define hazing as any intentional, knowing, or reckless act directed at a prospective or current member that endangers the mental or physical health or safety of that person, regardless of willingness to participate. We prohibit all forms of hazing in any activity managed through our platform.

• Anonymous incident reporting: Every chapter admin console includes a risk management module that supports anonymous incident reporting, tracking, and resolution documentation.
• Mandatory policy publication: Every chapter site includes a dedicated anti-hazing page and surfaces the hotline in the footer of every page.
• New member education tracking: Chapters can document their new member education program with values-based, compliant activities - creating a record that demonstrates a non-hazing approach.
• Audit trail: All admin actions are logged, providing an immutable record that can be reviewed by university officials or national headquarters if needed.

If you are a PNM, parent, member, or community member and you have a hazing concern about a chapter using Greekstack:

• Contact the chapter directly: Each chapter site has a dedicated anti-hazing page at /hazing with chapter-specific reporting contacts.
• National Anti-Hazing Hotline: hazingprevention.org/help
• Contact Greekstack: If you believe a chapter is using our platform in a way that violates our anti-hazing policy, email workbenjaminsachwitz@gmail.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate and take action, including suspending a chapter's access to the platform if warranted.

Hazing is illegal in most U.S. states. The federal Stop Campus Hazing Act (2024) requires universities to include hazing incidents in their annual security reports and maintain hazing awareness programs. Greekstack supports compliance with this framework by providing tools that help chapters document their activities and respond to incidents transparently.

Greekstack reserves the right to suspend or terminate any chapter's access to the platform if we determine that the chapter is using the platform to facilitate, organize, or conceal hazing activities. This is in addition to the rights reserved in our Terms of Service. We cooperate with university officials, national headquarters, and law enforcement in any hazing investigation.
